Originally, this section of the website was meant to explore and review different recipes, ingredients, and other baking accoutrement. Because that's what blogs area all about, right?
Well, here's the thing: that kind of feels like reinventing the wheel.
Because, in reality, my bread experiments start with recipes from other wonderful, more talented bakers than I. People like Maurizio Leo, Ken Forkish, and other inspiring bakers whose books I own, whose blogs I read, whose bread I [sometimes] eat, are way better than me a that kind of stuff.
So, this is what I've decided: this section of the website will be a little bit of everything. It'll have some recipes, some bakery reviews (because other bread is good too!), and probably some random stuff that just pops into my head—I'm always scheming.
Let's see how it goes.
